We leverage community farm revenues to improve health and education for rural farmers.
Since 2016, we’ve piloted and researched sustainable community-based innovations at our Center of Excellence in Tarkwa Breman, Western Ghana.
Our innovations have been guided by our evidence-based “farm-for-impact” model.
Our first successful innovation proves that Community-Based Health Insurance (CBHI) programs can work.
We developed the Combined Community Health Insurance Package (CCHIP). We deliver CCHIP by pairing medical care (an unpredictable benefit) with educational support (a daily, predictable benefit).
Our innovations have been guided by our evidence-based “farm-for-impact” model.
Our approach is self-sustaining: communities shift from being funded to funding their own health programs.
